G. Steven (Steve) Russell has been a Business Broker in the Northern Virginia area for many years. Steve has been the lead broker in numerous transactions involving the sale of a variety of business types including restaurants, educational franchises, auto body shops, beauty salons and tanning salons just to name a few. Steve has also helped many of his clients find and purchase numerous businesses in Northern Virginia and Maryland. Steve is a graduate of Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania and he and his wife and three sons have lived and worked in Northern Virginia for twenty years. Troy Paige has many years of Sales and Management experience. He has a straightforward yet practical approach to working with both buyers and sellers to generate the best outcome of any deal. Mr. Paige’s attention to detail stems from his military background in the Air Force. Troy strongly believes that if both parties are willing to negotiate in good faith then you can have a win- win for everyone involved. Having worked with small start up businesses Troy has a unique ability to see situations from many angles. He is also a member of his local Chamber of Commerce and a small business owner himself. |

Joseph (Joe) Patonetz Joe has lived and worked in the Northern Virginia area since 1977. Joe has owned and operated several successful and well known restaurants over the past twenty three years. During this time Joe has also consulted for organizations and retail/restaurants with their start up and operating needs. Joe is a graduate of The Penn State University with a degree in Business Management. He is also affiliated with many member organizations. Joe has given generously to community, school and sport organizations including: the Diabetes Foundation; Potomac Nationals; Boys and Girls Club as well as several community fundraising needs through out his business and restaurant career. Joe believes in giving back to his community and assisting with individual small business growth. With his business experience, knowledge of operations; professional out going personality and especially business success he can and will assist your business needs at any level. |

Eric and Deirdre Hilden Eric and Deirdre have been working in Northern Virginia since 1995. Together they own two printing companies; one in Lorton, Virginia and the other one in their hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Eric operated the Pittsburgh company prior to coming to Virginia to start the second business, and he now shares the day-to-day operations of that company with his brother who resides in Pittsburgh. Eric graduated from Kent State University with a B.A. in Marketing. Deirdre attended Old Dominion University and has spent most of her adult life as a Virginian. Prior to getting involved in the printing business, Deirdre gained experience in managing full service restaurants and upscale retail stores. Eric and Deirdre know what it takes to own and operate small businesses and they believe they understand the needs of both buyers and sellers. They would like to put their extensive business backgrounds to work for you, and they look forward to assisting you with current and future business endeavors. |
